We want you to feel happy and secure buying from us, so we use the famous pay pal for online transactions, giving you tracking and traceability.
We use national courier companies, all deliveries are fully insured with online tracking, you'll get a tracking email with your delivery so you can keep an eye on things. All spares go out 1st class post.
For phone orders please feel safe in the knowledge that we are a UK V.A.T. registered company (no 858705192) who take the business of health very seriously. So read about us here and be happy in the knowledge you are dealing with an established company that is a distributor for Matstone juicers and performance blenders
Every machine comes straight from our London warehouse with V.A.T. invoice, warranty card and full spares and backup. Please be carefull if you buy from overseas companies and EBAY shops they can be here today, gone tomorrow, and not help you if something goes wrong!
We also give you 7 days to fully make up your mind to either keep the machine or return it to us for a full refund.
We think however that our best advert is our testimonials page, filled with geniune emails from happy customers, surely the best reason to choose JP there is! Thanks to all who too the time to write in!
