Pull rubber fill strip out from jug facing plate as shown

The rubber fill strip will snap half way along each side, corresponding with the depth of the sound cover.

With the sound cover open, slide it into the now open mounting slot, freshly vacated by the rubber fill strip.

Slide the cover fully home, two mounting blips on the blender body casting will locate in two relief moulding on the sound cover base.

The fully fitted sound cover! Enjoy.
