Super Circulation Juice
For this you will need a juicer, and a blender, this juice involves leafty greens so you really need an auger or twin gear juicer! Any blender will do, but get a powerful one and its just a quick blast!!
This juice is designed to boost flaggin circulation, you know the feeling, poor memory, chilly hands and feet and dull lifeless hair. This is a particularly easy to digest juice because of the abundance of high water content produce used. Ginkgo can be a little hard to aquire but we sell it in our supplement store! Or you should be able to get a liquid extract or tincture.
The ingredients you need are:

some dark leafy greens, I like spinach |

2 oranges |
|
1/4 of a lemon |
|
1/4 of a lime |
|
half a cucumber |
|
a handfull of grapes |
|
a clove of garlic |
|
a large banana |
|
melon of any kind |
|
a cube of ginger |
Intructions: Juice everything apart from the melon and banana, put these in the juicer and pour in the juice, add ice to taste and blend the mixture. Try and drink your juice straight away, particularly if made in a centrifugal juicer. If you use a twin gear or single auger juicer then you can make more juice in one go a store it. We alway recommend the use of a single auger or twin gear as we believe the health benefits should be MAXIMISED!
If you want to cool any juice, just throw it in the blender with some ice!
To futher fortify this juice you can add a powdered greens complex like Dr's Schultz's or Superfood. These are free dried greens and other goodies that come in a powdered form.
This juice is rammed with folic acid, present in the leafy greens and will help to build and preserve a healthy circulation system.
