Green Meanie
For this you will need a blender and a juicer, and a good one at that, the matstone and oscar vitalmax come to mind, if you have a centrigual juicer consider upgrading to a single auger machine, they give you a much livelier juice!
This juice is designed to turbo charge your health! it is heavily alkaline which will guard against disease, green juices are the pinnacle of health really. Packed with protein, minerals, vitamins, healthy slow release carbs and nano nutrients of all kinds that we need on a cellular level! Power juices!!
Make this juice a twice a week affair and you'll feel the difference, if you need to sweeten the taste add pineapple or more carrots!
The ingredients you need are:

Broccolli stems or florets |
|
couple of slices of pineapple to sweeten |
|
the flesh of an avocado |
|
a shot of wheatgrass juice and or spinach leaves |
|
plenty of ginger |
|
half a beetroot |
|
10 carrots |
|
1 stick of celery |
|
tomatoes and courgettes |
Instructions: put the avocado flesh and the tomatoes in the blender and juice the rest, pour the juice into the blender and mix it all up. If you need it sweeter up the carrots or add pineapple, I like pineapple, it's full of natural enzymes and aids digestion.
This juice will do you good!!! green veggies are the bedrock of good health, nothing will sustain good health like these things, and of course raw and juiced is the easiest way of making them digestable!
