The Green Alky Juice
For this you will need a blender and a juicer, but no vodka! we mean alky as in alkalising not alky as in stagger down the street impervious to the weather while singing badly.
This juice is a combo of some of natures most alkaline foods, great for health, great for you, possibly not so great tasting! But we do our best!! If you can introduce this super healthy juice into your weekly routine then you can look forward to more radiant health and glowing skin!
The ingredients you need are:

4 medium sized carrots |
|
an avocado, |
|
a handful of spinach leaves |
|
a good sized handful of wheatgrass |
|
half a beetroot (uncooked of course!) |
|
two apples |
|
some coconut or coconut milk |
|
a good few grapes |
|
some ice to chill if required |
|
some broccolli stems or florets |
Intructions: Juice the lot apart from the avocado and spinach leaves, pour this juice into the blender, when juicing greens you always get the healthiest results from a twin gear or single auger juicer. Add the avocado without skin and stone of course and the spinach leaves. Blast it in the blender adding ice and water if required to think the mix.
To futher fortify this juice you can add a powdered greens complex like Dr's Schultz's or Superfood. These are free dried greens and other goodies that come in a powdered form all too easy to chuck in at the blender stage.
Always remember to core the apples!
