Go on you lemon!
For this you will need a juicer, a oscar vitalmax or a twin gear juicer is good, or a citrus juicer will do for most of the preparation. We love the Oscar vitalmax it's the only single auger juicer that's precise enough to do a really good job on citrus!
This juice is an excellent refresher, fruits and in particular citrus fruits are very cleansing and rich in vitamin C. Nice and quick to make too, most citrus has an antibiotic quality that is excellent in treating infections etc!
The ingredients you need are:

lemons |

4 tomatoes |
|
oranges |
|
half a lime |
|
4 carrots |
|
a couple of slices of pineapple |
|
an apple or two |
|
a firm pear |
Instructions: juice the lot in your juicer, a nice touch if you are in the mood is to grate some of the lime skin onto the juice or possibly a slice of lemon on the glass. WIth the pineapple involved this is also an enzyme rich juice, great for digestion.
This juice is power packed and great for energy and vitality, it's powerful antioxidants will cleanse the system and aid the fight against aging and other un-desirables! The pear juice helps to calm the stronger flavours as well as add a slightly thick texture. Also remember if you are new to juicing that it can take your digestive system a little time to get used to its new diet!!
