GOOD MORNING!! JUICE!
For this you will need a juicer, and a blender, these two tools are pretty essential to our raw and juicy lifestyle, put your toaster and your microwave on ebay and buy a good juicer and blender instead!
This juice is designed to get you going in the morning! fire up that circulation and give you the zing you need to start the day, and to charge on through to a healthy lunch without succumbing to a twix and a coffee. The ingredients in the juice encompass a broad base of nutrients to energise you and to give you natural long lasting energy. The greens also give you blood sugar stability.
The ingredients you need are:

half a lemon, half a lime |
|
4 tomatoes |
|
a bunch of spinach or wheatgrass |
|
two bananas, no pyjamas, half an avocado |
|
4 carrots |
|
a stick of celery |
|
an apple or two + a firm pear or two |
|
some ginger and some ginseng! |
|
a hand full of berries, black, blue,strawbs or mixed of course! |
Instructions: juice it all apart from the banana, avocado flesh and berries, throw these three items in the blender with a little ice. Once everything else is juiced pour the juice into the blender, give it a blast! all out blenders have speed control, a nice touch and less messy incidents with the lid off!!
