Citrus Burst Juice

For this you will need a juicer, a matstone 6 in 1 or a twin gear juicer is good, or a citrus juicer will do for most of the preparation.

This juice is an excellent refresher and a great way to start the day, fruits and in particular citrus fruits are very cleansing and rich in vitamin C. Nice and quick to make too, and did you know there is a useful level of protein in lemons?

The ingredients you need are:

	lemons
	limes
	oranges
	a little grapefruit
	some tangerines or satsumas
	a couple of slices of pineapple
	some carrots (optional)

Instructions: juice the lot in your juicer, making sure that the largest ingredient is the oranges. This will be a pretty sharp juice, so you can add carrot juice to lessen its acidity. WIth the pineapple involved this is also an enzyme rich juice, great for digestion.

This juice is power packed and great for energy and vitality, it's powerful antioxidants will cleanse the system and aid the fight against aging and other un-desirables!
