The Breath Easy Juice
For this you will need a juicer, this juice is designed for the respiratory system, so if you're a city liver and feel the effects of pollution and shoddy air quality, give this a whirl!
This juice is a combo of fruits and vegetables that all have a beneficial effect on the lungs and mirco circulation. This will aid the function of the lungs and respiratory tract. Juicing in general helps the body repair and detoxify itself as juice requires very little effort to digest AND is ram packed full of natural nutrients.
The ingredients you need are:

2 medium sized carrots |
|
4 fresh apples |
|
some red currents |
|
a good sized handful of wheatgrass |
|
half a beetroot (uncooked of course!) |
|
plenty of blackberries |
|
I know it sounds odd, but a little onion |
|
a little garlic |
|
spinach leaves or other dark green veg |
|
a cube of ginger |
Intructions: Juice the lot, when juicing greens you always get the healthiest results from a twin gear or single auger juicer. Try and drink your juice straight away, particularly if made in a centrifugal juicer. If you use a twin gear or single auger juicer then you can make more juice in one go a store it.
To futher fortify this juice you can add a powdered greens complex like Dr's Schultz's or Superfood. These are free dried greens and other goodies that come in a powdered form.
