The Juiceproducer breakfast smoothy
For this you will need a blender and a juicer, this is how we start the day, keeping it raw and keeping it juicy! a great way to start the day!
The ingredients you need are:

a large banana, |
|
half an avocado, |
|
a handful of spinach leaves |
|
a peeled orange or two |
|
two apples, |
|
some mixed seeds, |
|
some nuts, personally I go for cashews or brazils, |
|
some flax seed oil, or the seeds themselves, |
|
half a lemon, |
|
some water and a few carrots! |
Intructions: Juice the carrots and the apples put their juice and the rest of the ingredients into the blender, squeeze or the lemon juice in and give it a 30 second blast on full power, add the water to thin the mixture to taste and there you have it, a highly nutritous breakfast smoothy, with this in your system there is little you are missing, even vitamin B12 is there from the spinach!
For variation try adding, pineapple juice or chunks into the blender and if you want it super cold throw in some ice! Remember to core the apple as apple pips are none too good for you!
