Hi, how you doing? OK? good!! this next little bit is our lifestyle choices in a nutshell, some guidelines for health that we think are worth mentioning, nothing complicated just what we do ourselves to maintain the healthy sparkle!

a glass of what we think may be "juice!!" |
Juice and Blend funny that, but think about it, nature's good stuff unlocked, easy to digest and in a convenientformat, give your system a boost and make it easy for your body to take advantage of the natural goodness
Think different, adverts, adverts everywhere and a lot telling us what to eat, have you got into a conventional mind set, breakfast cereal for breakfast, sandwich for lunch, meal for dinner? that kind of thing? Good nutrition is good nutrition, the name of the meal or the time of the day is irrelevant, we keep it simple, we don't each much out of packets, and our mealtimes defy convention, veggies and brown rice for breakfast? yes we do, and it's a lot better than toast and jam! |
Supplement your diet! Let's recognizethat life today is fast paced and the need for optimum nutrition more important, and with intensive farming is harder to achieve.
We all take a good qualitymultivit and mineral, at least 1000mg of vit C (about 33 oranges worth) and essential oils all from higher nature if you smoke, live in a city,or are under stress your requirement for nutrients rises!!
Have a look at our bee pollen and royal jelly blend, trulysuper nutrition. |
bee pollen and royal jelly, a multivit made by bees! |
Avoid sugar and other nutritionally void stimulants, sugar (the refined type) is utterly pointless to eat and really rather harmful over time. Our feeling is it really shouldn't be in the food chain at all, read your food labels, find out where the sugar is hiding and avoid it. If we catch you spooning into your tea, we'll be round your house with an extra large wetsuit and a bucket of male Congo feltching toads OK?** you have been warned!!! It's worth noting that food companies have to list ingredients in order of proportion in the product, so if sugar is second or third on the list, that's a lotta sugar!!! bin it!
|
Education is the key, learn from our favoriteguru, Patrick Holford he does a lot of good work, is seriously ahead of the game, and it's all there for you to absorb!
Think alkaline, such a simple one this, have a look at this page and think about this when shopping and eating, over a life time this will seriously make a difference. |
Continually make good choices, look at everything you eat and ask a simple question, "is this a source of nutrition? or a mass of processed goo?" Next time you've gotta burger in your hand, take a good look at it, is it supposed to nourish you? or make money for the seller?

a sprouter full of wheatgrass |
A little bit raw think about this too, most of our fresh food is shipped in, it takes a while to get here, we take it home, and boil the pants off it!! A little bit of raw fruit and veg is how nature intended it! Blast it in a blender to make is easier to chomp through and digest!
Get sprouting another of natures little gems, when things are little they are a positive powerhouse of lifeforce and nutrition, sprouting is so cheap and easy, and the fodder is trulypowerfull GET SPROUTING TODAY |
Water dead obvious, 2 litres a day but its gotta be filtered or bottled, you're not far off a sack of water yourself, so keep your levels topped up! If it's hot or you're sporty drink plenty!
Green is good and not just if you happen to be Miss Piggy, nuts and seeds with greens and beans are even better. Green veggies are unfeasiblygood for you, love your greens and your greens will love you back! |

water lots of it!
|
| Exercise gotta be done! it stimulates breathing and the body's waste system which unlike the circulation doesn't have it's own pump! At juiceproducer we like dancing and skipping best, both cheap, both fun. Get the oxygen in and the nasties out! |

wheatgrass = green gold!!
** this is a joke, we don't even know if there is such a thing as a Congo felching toad, if there is we're quite happy to leave it in its natural habitat, we love nature, but not in our wetsuits.
