The twin health is a thumping great twin gear juicer, this is what you want if you want to get the best yield and health benefits from your juice. The twin health gives you some clever touches too.

The gears of the twin health are the 2nd largest of all the twin gear juicers (over 14cm long) and they are made of surgical grade stainless steel, Only the Angel has larger gears. The gears are precision engineered so that there is the tiniest of gaps between them which means the fibres of the produce being juiced are thoroughly broken down. This releases the nutrient rich juice.

The Twin Health also turn the slowest of all the twin gear juicers at 70-80 rpm this means there is very little heat generated by the juicing process. The slow speed the gears operate at also means that very little air is introduced into the juice which helps prevent oxidation. This is good as some of the faster rotating twin gear juicers can produce a somewhat frothy juice. Reducing oxidation and heat are both believed to help preserve enzymes and other nutrients in the juice.

Even with the slow RPM of the gears the Twin Health can still produce juice at the same rate as other twin gear juicers because the diameter of its gears are greater, so don't worry about juicing speed.

The juice yield from the Twin Health is very good because the juicer comes with 3 seperate juicing screens each one has progressively larger holes in it. There is one for wheatgrass and vegetables, one for hard fruit and one for soft fruits.

The Twin Health really excels when juicing vegetables, leafy greens and wheatgrass but it is an excellent all rounder. It also comes with a blank screen which enables you to make delicious fresh sorbets, purees, nut butters and fruit sauces.

The powerful (2/3 horsepower) motor goes unnoticed due the clever design that makes the twin health one of the quietest electric juicers there is.

The Twin Health has an auto reverse feature that automatically puts the gears into reverse if too much fruit and veg has been pushed onto the gears at one time. This helps extend the life of the motor and the juicers parts as it prevents the machine from being overloaded.

When it comes to assembly and cleaning the Twin Health is one of the easiest in its class. Its juicing screens come in two parts so it is easy to get to the inside and out of them. A unique three part assembly system makes short work of assembling and disassembling the juicer and clean up and reassembly takes only 2 to 3 minutes.
