| Excaliber dehydrators are the Rolls Royce of the dehydrator world, apart from excellent build quality the excaliber range have the fan and heater mounted in the end panel of the unit rather than the bottom which other brands stick to. The end mounting, although more expensive creates much more even dehydrating and a superior end product! There you go, that's the excellence of the excaliber explained! |

To add to the capabilities of your excaliber dehydrator you can buy ParaFlexx sheets. These are non-stick solid sheets, recommended for use with liquids, purees and pastes. They are washable and re-useable, as well as being porous allows good airflow for throrough dehydrating.
ParaFlexx sheets are additonal to the polyscreen inserts that come as standard with the dehydrator and are to be used with anything that may drip through the standard inserts.
